  • There are six sessions in total and whilst weekly is preferable, fitting in with life isn’t always easy so I am very flexible as to what works best for you.
  • The course is a journey of exploration and connection with yourself, your Spirituality, your Soul and your Purpose.
  • The sessions are one on one and for anyone who isn’t local to me, they are held online via Zoom and last for 60 minutes. The first session usually lasts about 90 minutes to give us time to get to know each other and to begin to weave the magic together that will become your own unique course.
  • We will look at your life as it is today, from all levels of your being (Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Mental) and together will work towards creating and balancing Spiritual Harmony across them all. We consider how these levels work with the other dimensions of health and ensure that they are all in alignment.
  • We will talk about your Shadow energy and how to work any unprocessed trauma.
  • We will explore your own innate gifts and will work together to build them so that you feel empowered to allow them to guide you in your everyday life.
  • I work with a variety of certified natural therapies and tools including Transpersonal Counseling, Tarot, Channeling, Crystals, Distance Reiki Healing, Meditation, Ritual and more.
  • There is an expectation that you will complete the homework that is given at each session as whilst I can mentor you, I do require you to meet me halfway to ensure that you do receive the many healings and personal expansion that abounds in this course.
  • You will learn meditation techniques, Rituals, Spiritual and personal self-care methods, you will begin or continue to hone your own innate gifts, you will know where to harness the magic that is in the present moment, you will know how to tap into and trust your internal guidance system and lots more! You will know how to best support yourself on all levels so that you can in turn better support those around you.   • There will be plenty of opportunities for Q & As at the end of each session so please do not hesitate to ask me anything.
